SBBA Mission Statement

Our Training Philosophy

We believe every student has the potential to be a good player. Most players miss it in the mental preparation and understanding of the game. All players want to be better. But what separates the good players from the great player is there attitude toward working to be the best. Our student are first developed a positive mindset towards what they are working to accomplish. When a player mind is free to absorb the instruction from a coach, their comprehension and retention rate increases many fold. We believe if players do not retaining the instructions, they have lost everything they have come to us for in the first place. We want to work closely with each team's coaching staff to ensure their players are receiving the proper instruction for a successful result. There will also be follow up visits to each player's games that will include tape and verbal evaluations. Our teaching begins on the court and end with understanding. We gaurantee our result 100% or your money back.

To set up training times call (206) 372-8157, Coach Stacey.

About SBBA

SBBA was established to develop basketball and social skills of young men and women in the Puget Sound area with over 25 years of experience. Our students are not only trained in the skills of the game, but the understanding. We believe that basketball is an extension of life. And the trials and lessons in basketball can be a helpful tool for the lessons of life. Our students are trained to be courteous, respectful, disciplined, and structured. Academics and behavior are a vital part of the development of our students. We understand that high school & college coaches are in attendance at tournaments throughout the country. The way our stundents and parents portray themselves on and off the court could be the difference in receiving a college scholarship. Our goal is to equip each student with the necessary mental & physical skills that will best enable them to receive high school accolades and receive a college scholarship.

We have a number of highly trainned teams which consist of boys and girls teams from grades 3rd to high school. Players intersted in this high level of training for the position that is desired for the future can call (206) 860-3084.

My skills have drasticly changed from a post player to a point guard and a leader. Before joining SB I wouldn't shoot or dribble to save my life. But that has totally changed. My confidence has soared from the help of training, coaching, and teammates. Everything from SB has greatly helped."

BASKETBALL EDUCATION
The game of basketball began in 1891. There are few sports that have a greater or richer history. The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame's mission preserves and promotes the game at all levels and serves as basketball's ultimate library of history. Here's a sampling of the stories this section will offer. Basketball's history is long and storied, so remember to check this section often for updates.
